1. Define Member Reachability
Add Contact Method
A. Members control where they are reached
On Unaty, Members can add Contact Methods, or ways they would like to receive messages. They can add as many emails and phone numbers as they would like. Later, Unaty will also support Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, and more methods.

B. Customize when to be contacted there
A Member can choose for each contact method when they would like to be contacted. Based on a "Context" like Event Update or Survey, Members can toggle their Reachability for a Method.

An Idea, Interest, or Goal brings a Community together. The groups of Members that form around common interests within the Community is what makes it strong. That's why Members can add topics on Unaty.

Topics on Unaty may include free time activities, debate themes, or even sports teams. Members can subscribe to a topic easily to receive information about it and stay in the loop.

Email distribution lists of yesteryear are very practical, yet as less people can be reached by email, they're losing their value. That's why we created Audiences on Unaty.

Audiences automatically generate lists of Members from all different data types within your Community. Choose from Single Members, Roles, Groups, Member Segments, and Topics.
